We deliver Australia Wide!

Our Deliveries are done Monday to Friday (excludes public holidays)

We use a varity of couriers and Australia Post to ensure you get your delivery as quick as possible.

 

Nappy Cakes Delivery:

Sydney Metro - We now offer same day delivery in Sydney Metro, order before 11.30am, Monday to Friday. Order after 11.30am will be delivered next business day.

Interstate - 1-3 business days, or by using our express post, for next business day delivery 

(VIC , S.A , W.A , QLD , TAS , NT) 

 

Personalised embroidered orders:

orders will be dispatched within 1-5 days, depending on the complex nature of the embroidery work.

 

Pricing:

Same Day/Next Day/Express delivery - $25

Metro/Interstate delivery - $14.50

 

Hospital Deliveries:

Please ensure that the hospital delivery details are correct and that the receiver will in fact be in hospital to receive the gift considering our delivery time schedules, and the correct name is provided.


A REDELIVERY FEE will apply should the recipients details be provided incorrectly or should a gift need to be redirected from a hospital to a home address.

 

PLEASE READ ALL OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING FREIGHT.

PLEASE ENSURE THE CORRECT DELIVERY NAME IS USED. IT IS COMMON THAT RECEIVERS USE DIFFERENT NAMES, FOR EXAMPLE MAIDEN NAMES AND NOT MARRIED NAMES ETC. IF WE CANNOT DELIVER AN ITEM DUE TO INCORRECT NAME A REDELIVERY FEE WILL APPLY. WE ALSO CANNOT DELIVERY GIFTS TO A CHILDS NAME IT MUST BE ADDRESSED TO THE PARENT OR CARER. THANK YOU
 

Other fees apply for larger items and items being shipped to WA NT & Tasmania. We will advise if any additional freight charges apply, BEFORE WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

No deliveries whatsoever are made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILE WE WILL TRY OUR BEST WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE REQUEST. The national freight grid and traffic conditions, flight schedules and other variables out of our control make this very difficult.

All orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday morning. All delivery schedules refer to Monday as day 1 for weekend orders.

Gift Hampers to outlying and rural areas can take up to 72 + hours.

Please note there may be occasional delivery delays due to issues beyond our control such as; air freight hold ups at airports, poor weather or spot security checks. These delays are rare however, and are not issues that we have any control over. Rest assured that we continue to achieve National best practice with the speed of our deliveries and delivery reporting.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

While we endeavor to provide Australian best practice with the speed of our deliveries, we ARE NOT responsible for courier delays and failures outside of our control. This includes items lift for receiver (ATL) and not received by the intended person or persons. Parcels incorrectly addressed, and advice that parcel/s have been delivered to that incorrect address. Although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control.  We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and delivery charges are non-refundable. You agree that if an authority to leave an article is selected, or an item is confirmed as delivered to an address that has been mistakenly used by the sender, that is an incorrect address, then if that article is confirmed as delivered by the couriers documentation then you the sender accept that the article as been delivered by Baby Express and we have fulfulled our delivery agreement. If you do not agree to these conditions of carrage, please do not use our delivery services.

 

A delivery fee (send & return) will be charged for any orders that have been shipped and are subsequently cancelled.

If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to substitute any item, we guarantee the substitution will be of equal or greater value and quality. 

If you are delivering the gift personally please advise us as the gift card will be attached to the outside of the packaging and left blank.
 

Deliveries to Units and Appartments can be difficult. If a no one is home to accept delivery of an item the item will, in most cases be taken to the local Post Office. A notice or calling card will be left in the receviers mail box.

It is preferred a business address is provided for items be sent to a unit.
